1. Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only if the order is not delivered due to system or supplier failure, and the supplier confirms cancellation.
  • No refunds will be given if the wrong User ID / Server / Account details are provided by the customer.
  • No refunds once digital goods (voucher codes or top-ups) are successfully delivered or revealed.
  • No refunds will be issued for transactions involving fraudulent payments, stolen funds, or suspicious activity. Customers may be asked to provide supporting documents for verification.

2. Refund Method

  • By default, refunds will be credited to the customer’s GamerHub Wallet balance, which can be used for future purchases across all games and services.
  • Only in exceptional cases (subject to review) will refunds be processed to the original payment method. Additional processing time may be required by the payment provider.

3. Request & Review

  • Customers should contact our support team promptly if there are issues with an order.
  • All refund requests will be individually reviewed and verified with our system and suppliers.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be arranged within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Wrong UID / Server / Account ID entered by the customer.
  • Orders already delivered or voucher revealed.
  • Change of mind after payment is processed.
  • Fraudulent transactions, stolen funds, or chargebacks without valid evidence.
